Naveen Kumar Reddy Peddagorla — Co-Founder

B.E. Mechanical Engineering (India) | Master's Degree, United States

Naveen grew up around solar. His family's five-year legacy in solar component trading gave him an early, unfiltered education in what the Indian solar market looks like from the inside — the supply chain pressures, the quality shortcuts, the gaps that nobody was solving.

He pursued mechanical engineering in India, then took that foundation abroad for a Master's degree in Information systems and Supply Chain the United States — where he spent time understanding how global engineering companies think about structural design, manufacturing quality, and data-driven decision-making.

When he returned to India, he didn't come back to run a trading business. He came back to build a manufacturing company — one that holds Indian solar infrastructure to the engineering standards it deserves.

The solar industry in India moves fast. But fast and compliant are not the same thing. We're here to prove that you can build mounting structures quickly, affordably, and to a standard that will still hold 25 years from now.

Surya — Co-Founder & Manufacturing Head

B.E. Mechanical Engineering | 10 Years in Structural Manufacturing

Surya's ten years in the manufacturing industry weren't spent in an office — they were spent on the production floor, understanding how metal behaves under stress, how galvanizing quality affects longevity, and how supply chains break down when you're not watching.

He has built structural components, managed raw material procurement, and led production teams through the full lifecycle of fabrication: design-to-delivery. His network of suppliers, fabricators, and B2B partners is one of Konaark's most valuable operational assets.

When Naveen brought the engineering vision, Surya brought the question that every engineer needs answered: 'Can we actually build this — consistently, at scale, within cost?' At Konaark, the answer is always yes.

Engineering drawings are only as good as the manufacturing process behind them. I've seen too many good designs fail on the floor. At Konaark, we build the gap between drawing and delivery — and we close it every time.
