Our Process - From Site Survey to a Working System
Most MMS suppliers have a catalog. You pick a product, they ship it. What you receive may or may not be appropriate for your roof type, module weight, wind zone, or installation angle. Konaark's process is different:
Step 1
Site Survey & Assessment
Our engineers visit the site to assess roof structural integrity, available shadow-free area, electrical panel capacity, and DISCOM net-metering feasibility. We measure, photograph, and document everything. No charge for the site survey.
Step 2
System Design
Based on site data: system sizing, string configuration, module layout, MMS specification, inverter selection, earthing scheme, cable routing, and a generation yield estimate. We provide a full technical design package before any purchase commitment.
Step 3
Procurement
Konaark sources all equipment — in-house MMS from our own manufacturing facility, and ALMM-listed modules and inverters from our trading division. Single-source procurement means no coordination delays and full traceability of every component.
Step 4
Installation
Our trained installation teams execute civil, structural, electrical, and earthing work to design specifications. Installation follows MNRE and DISCOM safety and quality guidelines. Site supervisors ensure compliance at each stage.
Step 6
Handover & Ongoing Support
Every project handover includes: single-line diagram, as-built layout drawing, equipment warranties, O&M manual, and a net-metering application dossier. One-year workmanship warranty included. Annual maintenance contracts available.
Step 5
Commissioning & Testing
After installation: IV curve testing per module string, insulation resistance testing, earth continuity check, inverter configuration, generation monitoring setup, and grid synchronization. We do not hand over until actual performance matches the design.
